'American Idol' Alum Haley Reinhart Impressed By Jessica Sanchez

'When I saw Jessica Sanchez I knew she was a force to be reckoned with,' Reinhart tells MTV News.
By Christina Garibaldi

On last week's episode of "American Idol," season 10's third-place finisher, Haley Reinhart, returned to the "Idol" stage and quickly reminded everyone why she got as far as she did in the competition. The sultry singer gave a rousing performance of her new song "Free," the first single off her debut album, Listen Up!, out May 22.

"It was a family reunion in many ways," Reinhart told MTV News on Wednesday of returning to the show. "I felt great about doing my own thing onstage. It just shows how much hard work does pay off. This is it. 'American Idol' got me here ... this is what I worked for."

Reinhart set herself apart from the other contestants last season with her distinctive voice and bluesy sound, and she credits her individuality as the key to her success. During her return to "Idol," Reinhart shared that advice with this season's finalists.

"I got to meet up with them for a little bit. I let them know: 'You're doing a great job showing who you are,' " Reinhart said. "I think they really were in tune what was happening last season, everybody found their lane. I fought for who I was and I'm like, 'Stick with your gut and listen to all these different opinions, but take what you need and go from there.' "

Looking back at her time on "Idol," Reinhart can identify with the struggles some of the contestants are having with song choices and judges' remarks, especially during the early stages of the competition.

"In the beginning especially, I was doing all these different kinds of genres because that's who I am, and I think they were a little confused. I added soul to everything and that was my thing. If I could switch it up, make it my own by putting a bluesy spin on it ... that was me," Reinhart said. "You can't do your exact style song every single week. You just gotta keep going with the flow and find your niche."

So who has impressed Reinhart so far this season? "I caught it a lot in the beginning especially, and right when I saw Jessica Sanchez, I knew she was a force to be reckoned with," Reinhart revealed. "She's got it going on. So good luck to her and the rest of them — they have great voices."

Get your "Idol" fix on MTV News' "American Idol" page, where you'll find all the latest news, interviews and opinions.

Negative Home Staging or How to Scare Buyers ... - Galeb Real Estate

? Critical Underpinnings | Main | Texas actual property ?

By Billy | March 28, 2012

Home Staging is the art of rearranging and dressing a home to make it more appealing to prospective buyers. The whole purpose of home staging is to achieve a neutral but inviting look that will highlight all the selling points of a house and make the potential clients forget about the less desirable details, thus covering a wide range of tastes and therefore buyers.

If your heart?s desire though is to keep your house and make buyers run for the hills, all you have to do is negative home staging and here is how:

Do no gardening for at least three or four weeks. Weeds and overgrown lawns make the house look unkempt and uncared for.

Your house should look like it?s gone through a recent war, so don?t repair anything and let the visitors think it?s about to fall on their heads.

Cleaning should not be a word in your vocabulary these days. Never mind a thorough spring clean, don?t even vacuum on a show day. If they still make it to the kitchen, make sure you show them your dirty dishes collection they?re going to love that.

Make sure that once your visitors have seen a room they won?t want to see the others. All rooms should be pitch-dark if possible. That way your home won?t sell - unless the Addams family happen to come by.

Pets are a wonderful client-inhibitor so make sure your house is overcrowded with them and their litter trays, and if you don?t have them, borrow from a pet-shelter.

Stinky, sleazy bathrooms are a favorite with potential clients. So don?t you dare go near your bathtub or your toilet while holding a detergent in your hands!

If you want to maintain and add to the grave-effect, keep your windows closed a week before show day, as nothing spells grave better than stale air. People love a smelly house.

Bring bugs in
If there aren?t enough bugs in the house, then go on and get some. Organize an open-doors day for the pesky little creatures and lure them in with refreshments.

Turn your house into the Arctic Pole or the Sahara Desert
Tell them you can?t afford to turn the heat on! But if it?s hot as an oven outside, turn the thing full on and give your visitors a taste of hell.

Suffocate your visitors with your lovely presence.
You need to keep a close watch on your visitors every second of their tour and while you keep them from nosing into your cupboards and cabinets, entertain them with an endless account of your spiteful neighbors and the beasts they keep as pets.

The probabilities of never selling your house will skyrocket, provided you respect the above instructions to the letter. Much of the home staging is all about having a good judgment. Buyers are more likely to show interest in a home that is well-kept and neat as a pin, so try to make a point of avoiding any of the above if selling your home is indeed what you want.

We?re your guide to best way to get abs. We reveal the secrets of ab toner.

Start stylin? with these Mad Men-inspired iPhone apps

Mad Men, AMC's iconic look at advertising and culture in the 1960s, finally returns to TV this Sunday after a 15-month hiatus following the end of its fourth season back on October 17, 2010. As an admitted TV junkie, I am on the edge of my seat with anticipation, not just for the way the show's numerous secrets are plotted out, or for Jon Hamm's boozy, heartbreaking portrayal of a man adrift, but for the pitch-perfect fashion and tone that captures the essence of a bygone era so well. If you've found yourself like me, trying to soak up as much style as the show exudes, you might also enjoy checking out these apps that fit comfortably in the same company as the folks at Sterling Cooper Draper Price.

You might have the moves like Jagger, but there's very little chance you've got the drinks like Draper. He may be an advertising executive but he might as well have a second career in liver destruction. Mad Men Cocktail Culture offers not only a cocktail guide with instructions for concocting 32 different cocktails, but also a quiz of sorts for 14 different drinks in the app. You'll have to know things like how much vodka goes into a gimlet, and what sort of glass you use for certain drinks. Once you've passed your bartending quiz you can post the results on Facebook for all your friends to see.

Mad Men has done a good job incorporating the music of the era into plot-lines, most notably when Don grabbed tickets to The Beatles' Shea Stadium show for his daughter, Sally. With Oldies Music Radio you can enjoy the classic sounds of the oldies on your own time. OMR has stations for all sorts of classic music, from the British Invasion to more sensitive singer-songwriter style tunes. Stations are always being added, as well, so if you're missing a particular style of retro music, chances are it could be added any day.

There are entire style blogs dedicated to the fashion of Mad Men, but that doesn't mean you should go buying a bunch of suits and dresses that would've looked hot in 1964. Instead, use the GQ Style Guide to be tasteful in a more modern way. This app offers up a men's fashion manual. It tells you the best things to wear from suits to shirts and even shoes. Personal Finance Tips ? How To Get Yourself An Unsecured Loan ...

If you are considering trying to get an unsecured loan you will need to make sure that you have a really good credit background. The reason is that this is the kind of loan where the lender does not require that you have any kind of collateral in order to get the loan. Another thing to not here is that these kinds of loans usually have a lot higher interest rate than a secured loan generally does.

?

Before you go and meet with the lender you will need to gather up all of your paycheck stubs or have some sort of statement that shows your monthly income that should go back six to twelve months. They need to see that you have a steady income coming in, in order for them to consider giving you this kind of a loan.

?

You should first go to your bank or financial institution that you deal with on a regular basis and see if they offer unsecured loans as part of their loan program. You will more than likely get better terms if you already do business with them.

]]>

?

It?s important that you are able to show them that your income is stable when you go to meet with them, this is why you need to have all of your proof of income handy when you go to meet with them. If you happen to be trying to borrow from a lender that works online and you don?t have a face to face with them you should ask your employer for a letter that confirms your income and your job security.

?

It?s a smart thing to do if you shop around compare the different terms that are available to you through different lenders. You then can use the information as a way to bargain when you are dealing with a certain lending institution to try and get the best rate that you can.

?

When you have decided on who to go with you can then sit down and negotiate the loan and it?s terms, especially the interest rate. The lender will more than likely try to offer you a rate that is inflated and you can try then to see if you can?t talk them down with regards to that. If you have good credit most of these lenders will allow you to negotiate. It?s important to note here that any unsecured loan needs to always come with a fixed rate with a fixed monthly payment.

?

Make sure that after the documents are written up that they are exactly the same as what you discussed with the lender. You don?t want to find out later that there was a mistake or they changed something without telling you ahead of time. If you do find a discrepancy then you need to simply walk away and find someone else to get the loan from.

?

If the loan you get is through your own bank, you might be able to get them to take a percentage off of your interest by taking monthly payments right out of your bank account, so make sure that you ask them about this.

Spring greenery sprouts in northern skies

Daniel Lopez

A mosaic of five images by Daniel Lopez (who managed to get into the picture just right of center) shows a panoramic view of Iceland's Vatnajokull Glacier.

By Alan Boyle

As the season officially turns from winter to spring, there's still plenty of snow on the ground in the Arctic ? but there's plenty of greenery up in the sky, thanks to an exceptional succession of northern lights.

The past month's brighter-than-usual auroras were pumped up by spurts of solar activity. When outbursts of electrically charged particles from the sun interact with Earth's magnetic field, they can create a green glow in the night sky. If the outbursts are too powerful, they can disrupt communication systems and electrical grids as well. Fortunately, the recent solar storms had minimal impact on earthly infrastructure.

What we're left with are wonderful pictures like these.

The super-wide-angle view from Iceland's Vatnajokull Glacier was captured on March 18 by Daniel Lopez, a photographer from the Canary Islands who can be seen pointing his camera skyward. This picture, which took the spotlight today as the Astronomy Picture of the Day, is actually a mosaic of five smaller photographs, stitched together into a 180-degree panorama.

For more of Lopez's wonderful work, check out his website, El Cielo de Canarias ("The Sky of the Canary Islands"). And for more greenery from northern skies, take a look at these stunners:

Sylvain Serre

Sylvain Serre snapped this wide-angle picture of the northern lights over Ivujivik in Quebec on March 18. "Incredible night in the land tonight," Serre told SpaceWeather.com. "The northern lights weren't there at the beginning, but after five minutes, they were coming as always. They were so strong that I had to try new adjustments for my camera." Serre used a Canon EOS 5D Mark II with a Canon 15mm fisheye lens, set at f/2.8 with a 2- to 3-second exposure at 4000-6400 ISO.

More auroral glories:

Obama, GOP vie for upper hand on energy

BOULDER CITY, Nev. (AP) ? Wooing a nation of increasingly angry motorists, President Barack Obama and his Republican rivals are all plunging into gas-pump politics, seeking the upper hand as energy becomes a driving issue in the election campaign.

The president is defending his energy agenda this week, traveling Wednesday to a solar panel plant in Nevada and later to oil and gas fields in New Mexico and the site of a future oil pipeline in Oklahoma that the White House is promising to accelerate. At the same time, GOP opponents from front-runner Mitt Romney on down are vigorously accusing him of stifling domestic production and betting on foolhardy alternative energy methods over traditional oil drilling.

With gasoline reaching $3.86 a gallon in the U.S. and apparently heading higher, the public is impatient for Obama ? or someone in his place ? to do something about it.

In truth, a president has little direct control over gas prices, which have risen more than 50 cents a gallon since January in response to a standoff over Iran's nuclear program that has threatened to disrupt Middle East oil supplies.

Well aware of Republicans' criticism, Obama's advisers argue that voters take a sophisticated view toward energy and think about it as a problem demanding long-term answers. They know that talk about future solutions may not satisfy people as they endure high prices, but they're betting that voters will side with the candidate they trust the most to deal with the issue ? and they're determined that that will be Obama.

Polls show less certainty about it all. One survey this month by CBS News and The New York Times found that 54 percent of Americans felt the price of gasoline was something a president could do a lot about while 36 percent said it was beyond his control. And a recent Washington Post/ABC poll found 50 percent thought the Obama administration could reasonably do something to bring down gas prices, while 45 percent felt the recent rapid rise has been beyond White House control.

Obama has repeatedly argued that drilling for new oil alone will not solve the nation's energy woes or reduce gas prices. He accuses Republicans of claiming they can "wave a magic wand" to return to the days of cheap gas, and on Wednesday, he mocked them for having a "lack of imagination" about alternative energy.

"You'd think that everybody would be supportive of solar power," Obama said from the Copper Mountain Solar 1 facility, the largest plant of its kind in the country, with nearly 1 million solar panels. "And yet if some politicians had their way, there won't be any more public investment in solar energy. There won't be as many new jobs."

Obama carried three of the four states on this week's itinerary ? Oklahoma is one of the safest Republican states in the nation ? but all four elected Republican governors in 2010. Two of the governors, Brian Sandoval of Nevada and Susana Martinez of New Mexico, have been floated as potential vice presidential choices this year. Obama was making his first visit to Oklahoma as president

He has been hurt by his administration's decision to pump millions into California solar company Solyndra before it collapsed. And he's been repeatedly criticized by Republican presidential candidates for blocking the 1,700-mile Keystone XL pipeline, which would carry tar sands oil from western Canada to refineries along the Texas Gulf Coast.

The mere mention of Solyndra and Keystone generate instant reactions at Republican rallies.

Romney has blamed Obama for rising gasoline prices and urged the president to fire Energy Secretary Steven Chu, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar and Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson, calling them the "gas hike trio."

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has adopted $2.50 gasoline as a central tenet of his struggling campaign, criticizing Obama for holding up the pipeline project and mocking him as "President Algae" for highlighting research into developing oil and gas from algae.

Former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, meanwhile, regularly notes his grandfather's work as a coal miner. And he detoured his campaign to tour oil fields in North Dakota recently, labeling himself the only ardent supporter of oil drilling.

"Instead of paying two-digit dollars you're now paying three digits," Santorum said in Illinois. "When you see that zero come up, when it gets into the $100 range, when you see that zero, think of 'O' for Obama because that's why you're paying that extra amount of money."

On Wednesday, Santorum campaigned at a company in Harvey, La., that services oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. He pressed the administration to open more federal lands for leases that he says would both generate revenue for the government and boost U.S. oil production.

"Here's an opportunity for us in this country to do something about it: increasing jobs, lowering energy prices, decreasing the deficit, all of the things you would think he president of the United States would be for," Santorum said.

In many ways, the issue has come full circle for the president. In 2008, candidate Obama criticized an inside-the-Beltway culture for the rise in gasoline prices. "So what have we got for all that experience? Gas that's approaching $4 a gallon. Because you can fight all you want inside of Washington, but unless you change the way it works you won't be able to make the changes America needs," Obama said at an Indianapolis gas station in April 2008.

Now he's the president.

From the sprawling solar plant in Nevada, Obama was traveling to New Mexico later in the day to tour oil and gas production fields, promoting increased drilling on federal lands.

On Thursday, Obama will use Cushing, Okla., as a backdrop to highlight the decision by Calgary-based TransCanada to build a portion of the Keystone pipeline from Oklahoma to Texas. The 485-mile line from Cushing to Port Arthur, Texas, doesn't require presidential approval because the pipeline does not cross a U.S. border.

The White House announced Wednesday that Obama plans to fast-track the pipeline.

Administration officials have said the Oklahoma-to-Texas line could address an oil bottleneck at a Cushing storage hub, but the argument may not fly in Oklahoma, where President George W. Bush and Sen. John McCain carried all 77 counties in the 2004 and 2008 presidential elections.

"It's a PR stunt and Oklahomans aren't buying it ? the president is celebrating his failed energy policies in a community that will be hardest hit by them," said Rep. John Sullivan, R-Okla.

Obama wraps up his trip with a stop in Ohio, a key state in November, where he will discuss advanced energy research and development at Ohio State University.

Obama has few options to dramatically alter gas prices. Beyond green-lighting Keystone or opening up more oil drilling in Alaska or in the Gulf of Mexico, Justice Department officials could accelerate efforts to crack down on speculation in the oil markets, a move that the administration has discussed.

The White House could also tap the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, something it has said it would do only along with action by other countries. The U.S. released oil from its reserve last summer but saw little impact. Oil prices dropped nearly 5 percent when the government announced the release of 30 million barrels from the SPR on July 23, but prices quickly rebounded and oil ended the year higher than it started.

"Is there a lot that can be done in the short term that can have a huge impact? The answer to that is no," said William Galston, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institute and a former domestic policy adviser to President Bill Clinton. Yet he cautioned, "I don't think a posture of simply saying that and being the voice of responsibility in a rising political clamor is going to serve the White House politically well."

Republicans are trying to make sure of that. Ahead of the president's trip, the Republican-leaning super PAC Crossroads GPS was spending $650,000 on TV ads in Las Vegas, Albuquerque, N.M., and Columbus, Ohio, criticizing Obama's handling of energy policy and the Keystone XL pipeline.

5 Reasons To Outsource Your Entire Business | terrywygal.com

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Lots of people who?re new to outsourcing ask this question.

They?ve heard horror stories of projects that have dragged out for months. They?ve heard of people getting low-quality work. There are even a few cases of people paying and getting nothing in return.

But here?s the thing:
All of these horror stories happen to a tiny minority of business owners. And it often happens to those who don?t know the right way to outsource.

But for those who do know the truth about outsourcing, you?ll see them singing its praises.

Truth is, NOTHING will help you grow your business faster than a handpicked outsourcing team!

Here are five reasons why business owners all over the world happily outsource their entire business? and why you should too:

Reason 1:
You get to focus on the ?high value? tasks.

There?s nothing worse than spending hours doing a low-value task (like creating a graphic or writing articles) when you have other high-value tasks on your to-do list, like recruiting joint venture partners or drafting a marketing plan. Savvy business owners know that the key to business growth is to hand the low-value tasks to someone else so that you have time to focus on the high-value tasks.

Reason2:
A professional often can create better results.

I don?t know about you, but I?m far from being an expert on a variety of business tasks, like graphics, programming, design, copywriting and more. Sound familiar? Then start outsourcing, because a professional will most certainly do a better job since he?s the expert.

Reason3:
A professional can often do it for cheaper than you.

Time is money, right? So every hour you spend on a task may cost you $50, $100 or more. If you attach a dollar figure to your time and then start calculating how much it ?costs? you to do a job yourself, you may be startled to discover that a professional can actually do the job for less cost than you!

Example: If your time is worth $50 an hour, and it takes you an hour to write an article, then that article costs you $50 to do yourself. I bet you can find a competent writer to do the article for half the cost ? thereby saving you both time and money!

Reason 4:
You?ll stop struggling to move forward.

One of the major reasons business owners struggle to grow their business is because they spend too much time struggling with daily tasks. For example, it may take a beginner an entire day to install a script on a website. But a professional could do the same task in as little as 10 minutes.

Point is, stop struggling. Stop trying to climb steep learning curves. Stop wasting time learning how to do frustrating tasks. Just hire a professional to do it instead!

Reason 5:
You?ll enjoy more free time.

You don?t have to be chained to your business 24 hours a day in order for it to grow and be successful. If you outsource, you can spend just a few hours a week working in your business. And that frees you to do the things you really enjoy, like spend time with your friends and
family, enjoy your hobbies and do more traveling!

In summary?

It?s clear to see why so many savvy business owners outsource their entire business?
and why you should too.

But before you even think of hiring a freelancer, you need to learn the ropes. You need to make sure you the process is painless, productive and profitable.

And that?s why you need to click here to check out the Hands Off Success System for outsourcing. Do it now, because you won?t be disappointed!

"[Women are] to strengthen families and homes. Families worldwide are being assaulted and weakened by corrupt practices and false teachings. . . .

"The First Presidency has counseled, 'However worthy and appropriate other demands or activities may be, they must not be permitted to displace the divinely-appointed duties that only parents and families can adequately perform' (First Presidency letter, Feb. 11, 1999). . . .

The Importance Of Connecting With Your Online Customers ...

March 19, 2012 ? 6:10 pm

During the early years of internet marketing, just the fact that you had more knowledge than anyone else made it possible for you to generate money on the web. Internet marketers who blazed the trail in by making use of autoresponders and Google Adwords were in a good position to succeed financially simply because they had only a few competitors. Through the years, online marketing has progressed to the point that it is now imperative to connect in a good way with current and potential customers. The following paragraphs will talk about different aspects of relationship marketing and the methods you can employ to build your business.

Even though email marketing isn?t the only way to get in touch swiftly with customers today, it is still vitally important in establishing a business online. List building is different because the primary focus is not on increasing your number of subscribers. It is a fact that anyone that joins your list will also be on all kinds of other lists and the aim for you is to make certain your emails are the ones that get read. You already know that open rates have undoubtedly fallen recently, so your subscribers must see you as someone whose messages are thought too important to overlook. As everyone knows, when you give generously you can look forward to getting numerous benefits in return. You will find that your customers are more willing to order things that you endorse if you have previously given them helpful information for free.

Consequently, if e-mail marketing is still regarded as an essential part of the marketing process, we should admit that social media has added a new dimension to relationship marketing. Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn are currently important aspects of the lives of many people and the subjects they discuss can make or break an online business. As internet marketers it can be quite beneficial to have a presence on these web sites if you have the intention to offer a positive experience for individuals you interact with. If you engage with folks in such a way that they like you and trust you, they may be prepared to visit your site or sign up for your email list. Using your email and online marketing to create purchasers out of these visitors is what you?re after over the long haul.

If you develop your knowledge of these social sites, you can rapidly establish a loyal following by the way you build relationships. There are lots of online marketers who have experienced good results with these web sites and you can copy them in your own business. Typical of any kind of online marketing, should you choose to study the efforts of people who have experienced success with a specific technique, you don?t have to make mistakes that can hurt your business long term.

Relationship marketing is the way to go on the Internet and you can expect to experience a better degree of success if you offer value and display honesty in your initiatives.

On the Health-Insurance Mandate, Romney Plays Both Sides ...

? Monday, March 19, 2012

They say all things must end, but the wrangling over Mitt Romney's support for an individual health-insurance mandate persists without letup.

t has been nearly six years since Romney, with much fanfare, signed the Massachusetts health-care overhaul into law. On the eve of the signing ceremony he had praised the bill's requirement that every resident obtain health insurance, and suggested with pride that the rest of the nation might want to follow the Bay State's lead. "How much of our health-care plan applies to other states?" he wrote in The Wall Street Journal. "A lot."

It was a message he would reiterate time and again.

"I'm proud of what we've done," Romney told a Baltimore audience in February 2007. "If Massachusetts succeeds in implementing it, then that will be a model for the nation." In Iowa that summer, he waxed enthusiastic about the new law and its mandate: "We have to have our citizens insured," he insisted. "What you have to do is what we did in Massachusetts. Is it perfect? No. But we say, let's rely on personal responsibility.... No more free rides."

In the spring of 2009, as congressional debate over ObamaCare intensified, Romney was asked on CNN's "State of the Union" whether his 2006 law was a good model for the nation. His answer: "Well, I think so!" A few weeks later he again touted the Massachusetts scheme for "getting every citizen insured" as one Washington should heed: "Using tax penalties, as we did ? encourages 'free riders' to take responsibility for themselves rather than pass their medical costs on to others."

If anything should be uncontested by now, it is Romney's faith in the wisdom of a Massachusetts-style mandate for health insurance. Yet the debate rages on.

Rick Santorum last week accused Romney of not telling the truth when he claimed "that somehow or other he was not for mandates on a federal level." Romney's spokeswoman fired back, accusing Santorum of "exaggerations and falsehoods," and avowing that her boss never backed a federal individual mandate. The Democratic National Committee weighed in with an ad mocking Romney as being "against individual mandates -- except when he's for them." Glenn Kessler cried foul in The Washington Post, noting that Romney has often expressed support for a state-by-state approach to health insurance. Nonsense, replied Reason magazine's Peter Suderman. "If you look at [Romney's] record, it's hard to conclude that he did not support copying the Massachusetts plan at the federal level, including the mandate."

What's really going on here, it seems to me, is not disagreement over what Romney has said, but a quarrel over what he believes. No one disputes that he has praised RomneyCare's individual mandate, extolled it as "conservative," and pronounced it a success lawmakers elsewhere should emulate. Nor is there any doubt that he has repeatedly invoked the value of state-by-state reforms. Romney often draws a distinction between a state-level mandate like the one imposed in Massachusetts and the unconstitutional mandate imposed nationally by ObamaCare.

But the problem has never been that Romney yearns to force a Massachusetts-style insurance mandate on the nation. It's whether he still thinks such mandates are a good idea. "When it's all said and done," he told Tim Russert in December 2007, "after all these states that are the laboratories of democracy ? try their own plans, those who follow the path that we pursued will find it's the best path, and we'll end up with a nation that's taken a mandate approach." Romney has never disavowed that attitude. And for many liberty-minded GOP voters, that's not a minor issue.

RomneyCare grows steadily more onerous -- the annual penalty for not buying health insurance in Massachusetts now runs as high as $1,260. ObamaCare remains far from popular. Naturally Romney now prefers to emphasize the part of his health-care plan that would let states decide these issues for themselves. And to be sure, a president who respected federalism would be an improvement.

But far better would be a president who understood that it is not government's job at any level to coax or compel everyone to get medical insurance. Better yet would be a president who resisted, instead of encouraging, our overreliance on insurance to pay for routine health care. Romney salutes free-market principles, yet he continues to hail RomneyCare as a success. The two positions are incompatible. So long as Romney lays claim to both, the wrangling over what he really believes will never end.
